This training will cover several different ideas all centered on our topic of effectively connecting with our customers and especially this key concept: DON’T SELL ON THE FLY.

As we begin to dig into this topic, we want to start with the end in mind. There is one piece that will hold all our training together. This is what we call the BOTTOM LINE.
