STEP 12 – GIVE THE AGENDA

broken image

What can they expect?

How long will it take?

What will you do?

Remember our BOTTOM LINE is I REACH OUT TO PEOPLE AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT SO THEY FEEL SUPPORTED.
If we answer these questions before our contact thinks them, we are a lot more likely to get an appointment. So, let's GIVE THEM THE AGENDA.
To give the agenda, say something like this:

"Let's set up a quick appointment and we can go over your health goals. I will take about 30 minutes and then any extra time we need to answer your questions."

"Quick appointment" and "I will take about 30 minutes...." These phrases tell our potential customer exactly how long the appointment would last.
And "your health goals" and "answer your questions" really show them that the conversation is going to be all about them. This is key to show that we are setting up an APPOINTMENT SO THEY FEEL SUPPORTED.
QUESTION – HOW DO YOU THINK A CONTACT WOULD FEEL OR REACT IF THEY ARE GIVEN THIS INFORMATION BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT?
